Individual Coaching Program
The first step is to make a time for a review of what the situation is now and how you would like things to be different (schedule a free consultation now). We will look in detail at the internal and external factors that have brought you to where you are now. From here we will design (together) an individual program of sessions to work through the steps to achieving the changes you are seeking or to achieve the specific goals you have identified. In these sessions you will learn to understand how you can make changes to the way your brain functions so that it is easier for you to achieve your goals. You will learn strategies and techniques that you can use whenever you need to identify and change unhelpful patterns of “thinking” and “doing” that usually lead us to not reach our potential or to experience distress.
While we will usually have regular sessions over a number of weeks, in some circumstances it may be possible to have less frequent but longer sessions. It will depend on your individual circumstances and what would be most effective for your situation. We can work face to face where this possible. I can also work with people from anywhere in Australia and the world using online technologies such as Skype.

Group Coaching Program
Group programs covering a range of topics have been designed to provide a good balance of “learning” and “doing” to help you to make changes in your life. The programs will usually run over a number of weeks and will include information on the topic, discussion of the topic and practical “homework” to be completed between sessions. There will then be opportunity for discussion of the “homework” tasks at the beginning of the next session to help with an problems you may have experienced. May group participants enjoy having the support and encouragement of a group of people experiencing similar issues but also having the expert knowledge and guidance of the instructor. The programs are structured in terms of topics and content to be covered, but are flexible in terms of addressing individual needs within the limits of a group setting. Participants are encouraged to participate, but you will not be required to share any information that you are not comfortable sharing.

Workshops
A number of workshops covering a range of topics have been designed to help you to learn how to make changes in your life. These interactive workshops are usually delivered to small groups over one or two days. They provide a balance of information (based on experience and research) and activities designed to help you understand how the information applies to you personally. You will also complete plans and other activities to help you to implement the changes when you return to the “real world” outside the workshop.
